Each Pillow and inner is made from 100% Cotton. Each item is wrapped with a Recycled Kraft Pillow sleeve with instructions.

It can be used as a hot pad or cold compress, Soft and lightweight.

Hot pad: Remove inner pad and warm up in the microwave by using increments of 10 seconds until warm enough (40 seconds max.).

Cold compress: Remove inner pad and place the pad in the freezer for up to 60 minutes. Perfect for sunburn or itchy skin relief.
